Anti-abuse Policy
PREMINT is the most widely used allowlist platform in web3, and to ensure the safety of collectors, creators who launch projects should follow some guidelines.
What we consider abuse:
Broad terms (supply, available allowlist spots, mint price, allowlist stage, no overallocation etc.) that you communicated to your users not being honored.
Users/ wallets added to your Premint list manually without their (implicit or explicit) consent.
Closing any means of communication (Twitter handle, Discord server etc.) with your collector community or deleting many of your tweets. Your project's twitter/ discord account getting suspended or deleted by those companies for any reason.
Impersonating, falsely implying association with or unauthorized use of IP/ content belonging to another project, company or person.
Agencies, web development companies, service providers etc. using the same creator key for multiple unrelated clients (clients should buy their own creator key). You will be considered an agency/ web development company and your account will be flagged if you create PREMINT pages for more than 1 new NFT collection a month. You can create as many collabs as you'd like but you can't create a general registration page for more than 1 NFT collection a month.
Offering PREMINT page creation as a service directly or indirectly or creating Premint pages for projects you are not strongly associated with.
Offering botting tools which harm creators, collectors or our platform.
Strong past association with projects which breached any of the above (irrespective of whether those projects listed on PREMINT).
Listing, transferring or selling your Creator Key (it is meant to be used by one individual only).
The above is an indicative list and is not exhaustive.

If you are found violating any of the above:
Your Premint account may be flagged and made unusable.
You will not be able to login to Premint or use any of your creator functionality (including other projects you may have created using that creator key).
You will not get a refund.
